Galerie Koppelmann was founded 1979. Between 1994 -1997 the gallery operated as Chapel Art Center with exhibition spaces in Germany, France and the US. Since 2008 the gallery has been working under the name Galerie Koppelmann – Kunstwerk Nippes. The gallery shows experimental projects, unusual installations as well as classical exhibition concepts. The two focuses are in contemporary art and photography.
